First week

I am probably not going to do weekly updates, since I have been keeping a running total for any weight loss. However, as mentioned already, I am down 9.4 pounds the first week, which I thought was striking as it was a loss of 4.7% of my starting weight. Sure, it is mostly water but I have dropped a pants size and feel lighter and my stomach feels flatter.

I have made side by side comparison pictures from last week to this week and feel you can see some difference.
